About Us
We are one of the top interior painting companies servicing Chatham-Kent and surrounding areas, including Wallaceburg, Blenheim, Ridgetown, Tilbury, and even sometimes Leamington and London. We also do exterior home painting, and commercial painting.
Running a painting business has been quite a wild ride in the beginning! My name’s Patrick and I started this path under a mentor in 2004 from “University First Class Painters” and initially we were called Pinnacle Project Painting and forever used to exclusively get painting work by door knocking, word of mouth, flyers and such. It’s been a journey of growth and learning, and in 2024, rebranded to include our new online image as Chatham Pro Painters (distinct and separate from the business run by the 2 girls of Chatham Painters Inc).
One of our first major projects ever was a full exterior repainting of a two-storey house. Despite having 4 people on site, we faced challenges with not having all the right tools on site, and not having a tinted primer (another oopsie) and the project took much longer than estimated. In the end, the project still looked like a million bucks (thanks to our business mentor), and the client still paid the same amount, but for us it was learning invaluable lessons about processes, products and organization that we could carry forward.
Despite initial setbacks, our dedication to quality and efficiency grew. We tackled various projects, from small jobs like shutters and doors to larger ones like balconies for apartment complexes in London, or multiple properties for property managers while employing 4-7 employees. Some projects have wood, some vinyl, some stucco. We can paint it all.
Through mentorship and practice, our team’s expertise and confidence expanded, enabling us to handle more complex projects, including spray painting where suitable.
Today, we are proud to still offer written quotes, and timely project completion. Whether it’s residential painting or commercial painting, we are committed to bringing your vision to life. Contact us to discuss how we can transform your property.
